What a delightful surprise for my birthday stay! The hotel offers a unique turn-down service in the lovely spa, which was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The service was a mix of exceptional 5-star treatment and a few hiccups that could use some improvement. The location is a gem with stunning views, but there were some aspects that didn't quite meet Handpicked Hotels' usual standard. The dining experience had its hits and misses, but overall a pleasant stay with a lovely atmosphere.
